Mr Akshay Gupta has more than 25 years of experience in Banking, Asset Management, Investment Banking and Capital Markets.

Prior to Prime, he was working with Indiabulls as the Group Executive Head & CEO-Asset Management and other fee income businesses. He was associated with Peerless Asset Management as MD & CEO for more than 6 yrs, wherein he led the initiative to setup a new AMC and made it one of the fastest growing new AMCs in India.

He worked with ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company from 2002-2007 as a Business Head and was part of the Senior Management team that made it the largest and most successful AMC at that time. Prior to joining the AMC industry, Mr. Akshay Gupta was a Banker having worked in ABN AMRO Bank and HSBC working in capital markets and assets. He has also written & published sound articles on Asset Management & Wealth Management.

Mr. Sarthak Behuria superannuated as Chairman of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd on 28th February 2010. Prior to Joining IndianOil, he was Chairman and Managing Director of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd.

After superannuation from IndianOil, he assumed responsibilities at KK Modi Group, Adani Group and is now appointed by Reliance Group as Chairman of Reliance BP Mobility Limited.

During his illustrious career, Mr. Behuria also headed several reputed industry organisations, Chief among them being SCOPE (Standing Conference of Public Enterprises) in India and appointment as President of World LP Gas Association 2008-10.
